The
Healing
Room

Navigating cancer can feel frightening, confusing and incredibly lonely.
The Healing Room is the space I wish I’d had after my own diagnosis.
If you feel overwhelmed by fear and conflicting advice about what you should be doing, I understand.
That was me, too.
The Healing Room is a monthly membership where I help you cut through the noise and understand how to support yourself and your body, physically, emotionally and practically.
Born from lived experience.
Grounded in science and biology.
Less guesswork. More clarity.
A New Healing Room Masterclass Every Week
From fear, food and supplements to healing practices and therapies, we explore it all.
I help you understand what genuinely supports your body, why it supports it and what deserves your attention first.
When you are already overwhelmed, even something helpful can feel like one more thing you have to do.
Join me live if you want to, or watch the replay whenever it suits you.
Support For Where You Are Right Now
You do not have to start at the beginning or work through everything.
Use the growing library of masterclasses to find what you need.
Whether you are preparing for a scan, struggling with fear, questioning what to eat, exploring a healing approach or simply having a difficult day.
Become an Active Participant in Your Healing
Healing support is about far more than diets, supplements and protocols.
Fear can make us so focused on what to eat, what to take and what to do that we lose sight of the body and the human being carrying it all.
I help you understand how to support the whole of you and rebuild trust in your body.
So you can support your body without making healing another full-time job.
Ongoing Guidance & Connection
Between masterclasses, you will receive regular guidance from me inside a private, supportive space.
You can ask questions, share what you are navigating and connect with others who genuinely understand.
Or you can quietly read, listen and take what you need.
There is never any pressure to participate.

You Don't Need More Pressure
You are overwhelmed by conflicting diets, supplements, protocols and advice.
You don't know who to follow, what to believe or where to start.
You do not need another theory to follow.
You need clear, honest guidance that helps you understand what supports your body and why, so that you can make informed decisions for yourself.

Cancer brought a lot of fear, doubts and loneliness.
Then I found Shellie.
She offered me a safe place, with so much hope and kindness.
I visit the community every day.
It’s my very special patch to heal.

Why this work
feels different
I’m not speaking from theory alone.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma, including 25 tumours in my brain.
I was told I had six months or less to live.
I received a small amount of immunotherapy in the hope of extending my life. I had no chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery.
I also became an active participant in my own healing. I began to understand what my body had been carrying, reduce the load wherever I could and change how I was living and supporting myself.
Today, I have no evidence of disease.
I have spent the years since studying the science and biology of what supports the human body, including why the changes I made mattered.
Inside The Healing Room, I bring that knowledge together with my lived experience to help you understand what genuinely supports your body, why it matters and how you can apply that understanding within your own life.

Why Me? Consultation
What was your body carrying before your diagnosis?
“Why me?” was one of the most important questions I asked after my own cancer diagnosis.
Together, we explore the load your body may have been carrying before your diagnosis: what you were carrying, how long you had been carrying it, whether you were carrying it alone and whether you had enough genuine support and recovery.
This may speak to you if you:
-
Carried far too much without enough support
-
Put everybody else’s needs before your own
-
Found it difficult to say no or protect your boundaries
-
Felt isolated, lonely or disconnected from others
-
Felt unseen, unheard or emotionally unsupported
-
Lived with ongoing stress, conflict or uncertainty
-
Felt controlled, trapped or unable to express yourself
-
Spent more of your life surviving than truly living
-
Kept going because you believed you had to
We are rarely taught that our emotional and mental wellbeing can affect our physical health.
But the body is not separate from the life we are living.
Long-term stress, isolation, feeling trapped and living without enough support or recovery can affect our biology and the way our systems function.
This is not about blame, but about understanding yourself as a whole person, recognising what may have been asking too much of you and considering what can change now.
