Nothing provided through this website, The Healing Room, consultations, courses, masterclasses, community discussions or other resources should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a particular health or healing outcome.

You remain responsible for decisions relating to your health and medical care.

3. The Healing Room Membership

The Healing Room is an ongoing membership that may include:

• weekly masterclasses and a growing masterclass library;

• access to the Healing Room community;

• educational resources, posts and practical tools;

• Q&A, discussions and community support;

• optional live sessions, challenges or other resources made available from time to time.

The exact content and format of the membership may evolve as The Healing Room develops.

Membership is for your personal use only.

4. Membership Payments and Renewal

Where The Healing Room is purchased as a monthly subscription, the membership will continue and payment will be taken at the recurring price shown when you purchase unless you cancel.

You can cancel your membership so that future recurring payments are stopped. Cancellation does not normally remove access you have already paid for before the end of the current billing period.

Instructions for cancelling your membership are available through your member account. You can also contact us if you need help.

Any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under UK consumer law are unaffected by these terms.

5. Courses, Consultations and Other Purchases

Prices and payment arrangements will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Where a consultation or other appointment is booked, any specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions shown at the time of booking will also apply.

Where digital content or services are made available immediately after purchase, additional rules may apply to your statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Members should share from their own experience rather than instructing another person about what they must do medically.

We reserve the right to moderate content or, where reasonably necessary, restrict or remove access where behaviour seriously or repeatedly compromises the safety, privacy or experience of other members.

Unless otherwise stated, the content provided through Catch Me If You Cancer and The Healing Room, including masterclasses, videos, written materials, courses, frameworks, downloads and resources, belongs to Catch Me If You Cancer or is used with appropriate permission.

Your purchase gives you permission to use these materials for your own personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, share access to, record for redistribution, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.

Please respect the privacy of other members.

Personal stories, comments or information shared by other members within The Healing Room should not be copied, recorded, screenshotted or shared outside the community without their permission.

If you choose to share personal information within the community, remember that other members may be able to see it.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems or services provided by third-party platforms.
