Refund Policy

​REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Catch Me If You Cancer, we want you to feel completely confident when investing in your healing journey. This policy explains your rights and options clearly and fairly.

THE HEALING ROOM — MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Cancellation You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply use the contact form on our website or email shellieclark@catchmeifyoucancer.com and we'll take care of it straight away.

Once cancelled, you will retain full access to The Healing Room until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

Refunds We do not offer refunds on the current month's membership fee once the billing cycle has begun. If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, if you cancelled before your renewal date — please contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review and refund where appropriate.

14-Day Cooling Off Period Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by joining The Healing Room and accessing the membership content immediately, you agree to waive this right. This will be confirmed at the point of purchase.

RFOOT CAUSE CONSULTATIONS

Cancellation & Refunds We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48 hours or more before your session — full refund, no questions asked

  • Within 48 hours of your session — unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule at a time that works for you

  • No show without notice — non-refundable

If Shellie needs to cancel In the unlikely event that Shellie needs to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — whichever you prefer.

How to cancel Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on our website or by emailing shellieclark@catchmeifyoucancer.com, quoting your booking reference.

1:1 SUPPORT SESSIONS 

Cancellation & Refunds The same policy applies as for the Root Cause Consultation:

  • 48 hours or more before your session — full refund

  • Within 48 hours of your session — non-refundable, but we will try to reschedule

  • No show without notice — non-refundable

If Shellie needs to cancel Full refund or reschedule offered, whichever you prefer.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

All refund requests should be made by:

Please include your name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you are based in the United Kingdom, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For customers based outside the United Kingdom, this policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
